We made this wonderful meal last weekend and followed your directions exactly. So delicious! We will definitely be making these three menu items often moving forward. What we learned from cooking the salmon this way was that depending on the sizes of our fillets, very little time was needed to finish baking in the oven after the pan searing step. Thank goodness for our Thermapen!

I am a bit unhappy, though the day you notified all of us that your book was going to be published and would be out and asked us to jump online and order it I did and paid the full price.
