We really don't entertain; however, I have to assume that the recipes aren't too complicated and will work for two people. Thanks. I just subscribed. I can tell a good sub stack when I see one.
Hi Debbie, unfortunately the Amazon orders aren’t signed but my publisher will be making me “Book Plates” (essentially like a large sticker you can paste into the front of the book) which I’d be happy to sign and mail out to you once I’m back from my tour in June :) And yes the recipes are SUPER easy! Geared really towards the beginner cook, with a few intermediate ones thrown in for when you get up to speed! Thanks for joining my Substack, I’m so glad you are here!!

Congratulations on the book! I can hardly wait to get mine. Question on the Financiers. I have one silicone pan - for 12 little muffins. I am not a fan of silicone either and otherwise have metal. But could I use what I have for the Financiers? The shape would be different. I really don’t want to buy another pan!
Also about when will the book tour be? I hope not while I am in Paris. Cruel irony. And I hope you come to Denver!
Yes of course the mini muffin silicone tray is great! You could probably get 12 mini muffins out of of this recipe :) The book tour will be from June 3rd (Publication day!) to about June 21st :) But WOW a trip to Paris does sound pretty great too lol!
