A general question Beth. Will we see how you adjusted the living space in your home? I’m especially interested in your induction cook top. Could you do a lesson in this. I recently got an induction range and I’m conflicted. Simply love each new venture.

Oh I know what you mean Judy! I mourned my gas range for the first few months we lived here! I hated my induction cooktop! But now we have made peace with each other and I'm coming around to it! All inductions are different, so my levels are probably different from yours. But knowing what level works for which recipe is key and sadly the only way to figure this out is by trial and error! UGH! For example, in the beginning I couldn't make an omelet to save my life. It would overcook or undercook until I realized I was on the wrong burner. The one that is smaller and really "directional" wasn't going to work, I had to move over to the Multi-Zone and set it on level 10. The perfect heat for an omelet. Then I couldn't get a good sear on anything, until I again realized I had to go back to "Multi-Zone" and try 12, the perfect heat for a nice sear. The directional burners, where the heat is more concentrated, are better for sauce simmering or butter melting. I do LOVE the "Power Boil" and how quick it is! And now I can see the benefits of each (Gas/and Induction) but I will tell you you have to experiment with it and be ready to mess a few things up learning to use it!
