My sister said the same thing; she had to watch it again because there was so much going on! LOL! So glad you enjoyed it! :)
I was so bummed not being able to attend your signing in L.A., but this video absolutely made up for it! I still got my signed copy from Diesel, and I also saw your book at Barnes & Noble yesterday! This book is phenomenal. Aside from all the amazing recipes—some of which I definitely recognize from the YouTube channel—I really enjoyed reading all the entertaining tips as well as the headnotes to each recipe, where you share your memories, mishaps, and a bit of sass! I've been a follower since 2015 without even knowing "entertaining" is a thing prior. Your recipes and knowledge have brought me closer to my community, and I can't wait to create new memories with the aide of your book. Congratulations on the book and the tour, you deserve a nice long vacation after this!

I smiled and laughed watching the video. What a thoughtful idea to share with those of us that couldn’t attend. It was wonderful, I felt I was accompanying you on this exciting journey! My favorite event was the cooking school. I would have loved to have been there. Also, another favorite was seeing your sister with you. What great memories for all of you. The day your book arrived, I sat like a child just turning pages and looking at all the pretty pictures. Then the next day, dug into all the text and tips. As I’ve told you before, you are amazing! I just couldn't leave those who couldn't attend out of the excitement! If I even have a book to this day, it's because of all of you!! So I just had to bring you all along! :) So glad you enjoyed it! Beth, I so enjoyed watching your book tour. Especially when you were in Charleston where I was to have attended, had it all worked out. It all looked so wonderful. So thankful for you to have that time with your sister and her family. I lived in Minneapolis for almost a year but grew up for 15 years in southern Minnesota. Dallas is where I am from originally, so it was great fun to see you there too. Thanks for sharing all of this with us who could not be there! PS I am having some women from my Bible study over for dinner later in July, and I had been tossing around ideas for the menu — but I think your summer menu of the grilled chicken, orzo salad and crudite platter will be perfect! Thank you so much! Debbie
Oh YES! That's a perfect menu! And if you have time, make the chocolate chip cookie sandwiches! You can cut them in half after they are frozen, they were such a hit at the cooking class! SO yummy! OR for less mess in your living room (ha!), try the Nonnies Pound Cake with berries, another great one for summer! Hope it's a hit :)
