💕💕💕Dear Beth, you have influenced my cooking more than anyone or anything else in any medium. Your recipes are tried and true and my meal rotation consists mainly from your videos on YouTube and from your beautiful cookbook. If I’m entertaining, I typically go to your videos and watch them to prepare before I start. Although I prefer using YouTube despite the ads, I will re-subscribe to you on Substack but I find it difficult to navigate to get there and I don’t know why it confuses me so much.
Ha! Oh I know what you mean! It can take some getting used to, navigating the platform, I’m hoping as Substack grows it will improve the user interface a bit more! :) I’m SO glad the recipes have been a hit and you turn to them often!
I love your recipes and videos but with skyrocking costs of everything, especially here in New York, I can only continue as a free subscriber, I wish you luck with your paid membership.
As long as the viedos of your past videos stay up on youtube I will have to just watch them.
We all have to make tough choices especially those of us on small fixed incomes.
