Quiche Lorraine
A Classic for Easter Sunday! (With NO pesky blind baking!!)
Quiche Lorraine is really the jewel in the crown of Quiches.
Sure, the Spinach Onion quiche is a standby, and ever since I was introduced to the Air Fryer, the Air Fryer quiche has been a fabulous, quick, and easy lunch idea at our house!
But nothing is more classic than the Grand Dame, Quiche Lorraine.
And if you follow all my tips, you don’t need to blind bake the crust either!

Why You’ll Love This Recipe
There’s no need to blind bake if you follow my tips!
You can make all the components beforehand (crust, cooked bacon, and filling), then assemble and bake the day you plan to serve it.
Or you can bake it a day before, refrigerate it, then reheat it in a 350°F oven until warmed through.
It’s a delicious lunch or brunch item, and pairs beautifully with fresh fruit or a tossed green salad with my classic French Vinaigrette recipe.

I got the pan and made the Quiche Lorraine. Excellent. Delicious quiche and I love the pan. I want to adapt your spinach and onion quiche to this pan. I think it will work. What do you think? Any suggestions?
Good morning Beth. What is the brand of your 11 inch quiche pan?
Thank you
