Since we moved to France, my daughter and I have been looking forward to sharing some of our favorite American recipes with our new French friends and family.
This pumpkin bread recipe was at the top of the list (Banana Bread and Zucchini Bread also made the list!) We’ve been counting the days until it’s “appropriate” to make it! I have even ordered my Libby’s Pumpkin Puree from French Amazon (yes, that’s a thing! And thank goodness because sadly, I can’t get it here). I almost added a tiny little McCormick’s Pumpkin Pie Spice, too, until I saw the price! $47.00?! And then remembered I could make it myself! And so can you!
What You’ll Love About This Bread:
It’s a quick 2-bowl operation; there's no need to drag out the electric mixer!
It’s moist and fluffy and melts in your mouth!
It’s full of pumpkin spice flavor, if you make your own pumpkin pie spice blend the flavor will be even more pronounced.
It makes a great Potluck recipe or food gift recipe if you need a gift for your host in a jiffy.
More Cozy Fall Favorites!
Cookbook Update:
Mark your calendars, my friends! I've just received my “Publication Date” for my cookbook, which will be June 3rd, 2025!
Yes, that my seem far off in the distance, but you’ll be able to “pre-order” the book in the spring. I never realized how cool “pre-ordering” was until I started doing it with some of my favorite authors. It’s such fun when you forget about it and then one day the book you’ve been waiting for just arrives either in the mail or in your Audible App (Really enjoying the Ina Garten Memoir that just arrived in mine!)
Pre-ordering also helps me as an author because:
It tells the booksellers how many books to order based on the “pre-order” interest.
The pre-orders count towards the first week of sales, which is how you can get on the “Best Sellers List.” But more on all that as we get closer! For now, just a “Save the Date.” I'm so excited to share it all with you!
Can't wait to see it!!! :-)
Will pre-order this spring. Miss having you in the States...Love having you on line.
