Beth, do you serve these with ice cream, or fresh berries and cream? how are they presented on a plate? do you, as host, slice them in half or does the guest? thanks. I have missed your posts for months but regularly followed you on YouTube. love your videos!

Oh sure excellent question! I serve them plain as is, like a cookie with coffee or tea. More like a tea time snack than a "Main Event dessert". I serve them on a little footed cookie platter, makes them feel extra fancy. Serve alongside plates and cutlery for each quest and allow them to cut into them themselves :) So glad you are enjoying the videos! More on their way :)

Hi Beth! I have made canalè in the past with a silicone mold and just got rid of it when I moved. I decided I was going to treat friends with them and ordered the mold you posted. I used the link but didn’t notice anything on my order that mentioned you. I hope you received credit for it? Will a Canadian account matter? By the way, it is a beautiful, solid mold and I love it (even though I haven’t used it yet!). I can tell it’s going to make beautiful, crispy canalès! Also, my recipe calls for whole eggs and they have turn out beautifully. Thanks for this post!
